The younger generation as a potential successor to the leadership of the Indonesian nation must maintain and practice the values of pancasila to people's lives and the country in the future for the better in the sense of the Indonesian nation has identity as a nation of character. One of them is to instill the values of pancasila through teaching in schools in an effort to form a good character of the younger generation. All parties can actively participate in efforts to revitalize pancasila values in all aspects of life. Through revitalization, expected values of pancasila became more terberdaya in Indonesian society. Revitalization means process, ways, and actions to revive something that was previously lacking empowered. To restore the values of pancasila in the life of society, nation and state need for revitalization efforts. Indication of the waning practice of pancasila values can be seen from the increasing number of cases involving young people which reflects the weak character of the nation, such as the rise of student brawls, clashes between students, anarchist demonstrations, cases immoral, crime, and so forth. But in fact this time the noble values of pancasila increasingly eroded due to the influence of westernization and globalization are less well filtered.  Abstract: Pancasila as the Indonesian state should be the guideline for all Indonesian citizens in various spheres of life. In addition, the results of one to one trial phase were 96,67%, small group 98,89% and field test 99,13%. Material experts were 98%, linguist experts were 83,33% and expert examiners (a second grade elementary school teacher) 97,33%. The result of recapitulation of media experts were 98%.
Respondents in this research and development included a media expert, a material expert, a linguist expert, a exammining experts (a second grade elementary school teacher), and second grade students at Ulujami 6 Pagi Elementary School (teacher of second grade at the school). this research refers to the development model of Borg and Gall adopts Dick and Carey model. This research was conducted at Ulujami 06 elementary school Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. The product is intended for second grade of elementary students in Pancasila and civic education with theme “My Daily Activity”. This research and development aims to produce learning media products which called Peripanca pop-up book “A Beautiful togetherness in diversity”.
